As our Project Manager, you will get to create as a software developer and be a project manager on a variety of projects. That means you must be proficient in analysis, solution architecture/design, and software development in .NET (ASP.NET, VB.NET or C#) as well as SQL Server. Since we work with a variety of clients, you need to have extensive commercial software development/programming experience. Thorough understanding of full life cycle development (analysis, design, implementation, testing) and experience in writing solid scopes of work and estimating project tasks are required to lead this team of digital superheroes.
As a leader, keeping your superteam within process guidelines and programming standards as well as meeting deadlines for clients is a given. Writing quality code is a must. Ability to keep accurate and organized project documentation (technical documents, client decisions, milestones, key meetings, etc.) that will safeguard our clients and the company and allow easy transfer of knowledge from one team member to another is an integral part of the trade. Tracking projects closely and preventing overruns and non-billable hours is core requirement for meeting Kinetik IT success standards.
